Mariachi Femenil Nuevo Tecálitlan has established their reputation as one of the world’s best cultural performers. They have shared the stage with some of the greatest performers of our time such as Vicente Fernández, Marc Anthony, Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán, and Joan Sebastian to name a few. The group was founded by Ángel Martinez, director of Mariachi Nuevo Tecalitlán and is under the direction of Lupita Martinez, these young women have performed at festivals throughout Mexico and the United States and have even performed in London.

Mariachi Divas was formed in 1999 by Cindy Shea a trumpeter who studied with Latin Jazz and Classical trumpeter Arturo Sandoval, a protégé of the legendary jazz master Dizzy Gillespie. Cindy brought her music and industry expertise to mariachi music when she formed Mariachi Divas and today has earned 11 Grammy nominations and 2 American Grammy-award wins. In 2003, Mariachi Divas became the offical mariachi of California's Disneyland Resort and Disney's Adventure Theme Park. She has produced 18 Mariachi Divas albums.
